Status of Studio Playhouse Performances This Weekend

Dear Studio Patron,

First and foremost we hope that you and your loved ones are safe during this difficult time.

We wanted to take this opportunity to address the status of our performances of The Prince and the Pauper that are scheduled this weekend. We were fortunate not to sustain any structural damage due to Sandy. On the other hand, as of now, we are still without power. We also are completely unable to access our phone system to retrieve messages of any kind. Given these facts, here is our game plan.

November  3 and 4 all performances: Canceled

The following are the remaining performances of the Prince and the Pauper ( assuming we get our power back)

November 9 at 7:30pm

November 10 at 1:30pm

November 10 at 3:30pm

November 10 at 7:30pm

November  11 at 1:30pm

November 11 at 3:30pm

We realize many of you have been trapped in your homes and are going stir crazy with bored children. If we can perform and hopefully relieve some of your stress, we will. We will continue to check the status of power to the area on a day-by-day basis.

Refunds for performances of The Prince and the Pauper that have been cancelled because of the lack of electricity will be processed ASAP. Patrons who ordered online or via the 800 number should shortly be receiving a full refund from the Brown Paper Tickets. If you ordered in person at the box office by phoning us directly, visiting, or via US mail we ask for your patience as we can’t process any sort of refund until our power is restored. Also, please be aware that we are completely unable to access our voice mail system to retrieve any messages at this time

If you have any questions, the only way to contact us right now is via our email studiopl@studioplayhouse.org. We ask your patience as our response time may not be as prompt as is usual.

Thank you as always for your support of Studio Players and we hope to be back in full swing soon!
