Stage Kiss: When Art Imitates Life and Back Again

stage 16Stage Kiss

By Sarah Ruhl

Directed by Mark Liebert

Art imitates life. Life imitates art. When two actors with a history are thrown together as romantic leads in a forgotten 1930’s melodrama, they quickly lose touch with reality as the story onstage follows them offstage. The play within a play is a web spinning tale about what happens when lovers share a stage kiss – or when actors share a real one.

Performance Dates: January 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 21, 22, 23
